It is very good question and one I’ve been asking for months. If there is an international agreement with El Salvador for these renditions, the Trump administration is legally required under the Case-Zablocki Act to share it with Congress. To my knowledge, they have not done so.

When a person is abducted, there's a number to call to report & identify. A habeas petition challenging the abduction is electronically filed in that district, by a lawyer admitted in that district, within 30 minutes of the call. Anywhere in the country, 24 hours a day. Nothing else is good enough.

Yesterday, Trump targeted me at a speech be the Department of Justice. If he thinks it will cause me to back down he is wrong. My law firm is currently litigating 46 pro-democracy cases in 21 states, with more to come. We are not done fighting and we are not done winning.
