A Special Government Employee has a length for their term of ~6-12 months. They can be let go anytime, in writing. If he quit it probably wouldn’t be this abrupt under normal circumstances. If he worked for DOGE, the USDS Administrator would sign off on his leaving or termination. Who signed off?
