"Societies that emphasize the benefit of *movement* over exercise have a healthier relationship to the concept."
This is why many therapists refer to it as "graded activity therapy" instead. Mine did and it has helped me tremendously. Just having a shower or doing the laundry is a victory.

B12 deficiency guidelines vary widely throughout the world. Someone who is regarded as deficient in Europe could be regarded as normal in the UK and USA.
There are many nutrients that are required for energy. As well as B12 I take vitamin D, magnesium and omega 3.

Wise words. I've spent the entire week working on finishing a window shelf in a bay window. It's slow going but by careful planning it will be ready for the Christmas tree to go on this weekend (hopefully). If it's not then I've done my best but I'm not going to wreck myself for it so it'll be late.

I am grateful that this year I've been able to explore further from home (was only able to walk 5 minutes without getting exhausted a few decades ago).

Yup, simple is often best.
It will be built into main.js but compared to libraries it should be fairly small (certainly smaller than the FontAwesome library itself).
In my app the SVG strings average 400 bytes each so if you have a hundred that is only 40kb (equivalent to a single JPEG).

I bundle them in the Angular app. The service is simply a list of SVG strings e.g:
public circleSvg: string = `<svg viewBox="0 0 100 100" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"><circle cx="50" cy="50" r="50" /></svg>`

I specify the code of various SVG icons in an icon.service.ts file.
This has proved to be a great approach for adding icons that are not available in the angular-fontawesome library.

Just like others have said chicken, qinioa and chickpeas are good sources.
I'd add chia seeds too. You can throw them in anything, plus they help you sleep well because they contain omega 3 and tryptophan.

Just click on this link to the video and bookmark the page or save it to your Watch Later list youtu.be/RiwX9Y0NbiQ
That's exactly what I've just done because no energy to watch what looks like it might be quite an involved 26 minute video ATM.
