This was a good week of anime.
Speaking of which I did enjoy Oreimo. Though I was frustrated on the ending (Kuroneko best girl).
This one has been pretty fun. It's a tricky thing to have all the main girls be likeable, but so far so good with Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi.

I totally get the difficulty with Precure. Year long series means a ton of episodes. And unlike other franchises it's not like there are breaks.
It's partly why I hesitate to cover them. Can be a major commitment. But this is one of those times when I couldn't help but jump onboard.

I fully agree. The power of anime to flip my mind on things is amazing. Lot of shows (like Mushoku Tensei) that I didn't think would work for me have ended up being huge favourites.

Anime certainly allows exploring some unusual stuff! It's still surprising me that a show with the premise of "family gets a "you're all adopted" bomb dropped on them and romcom ensues" actually is working for me!
Maybe it's the nice art or likeable cast, but it's worked for me.
