We go here every year for Thanksgiving, which is always insane. Pepto-Bismol pink interior, a portrait of Pope John Paul II in a place of honor, and the best kolacky in town.

The teenager, a high school senior taking AP Art this fall, is busy with her own art projects this summer—including prep for the Artfight challenge. Between that and my attempts to dig my way out of a layoff-induced funk and identity crisis, I’m diving into a little self-prescribed art therapy.

I love tidbits like this! And the idea of Sting as the Goblin King makes me cringe. He doesn't have the kind of whimsy you need to pull off a role like that; I'm still not sure how I feel about the movie, but Bowie made the role work.
