There is almost no domestic food production because Israel bombed it all. And we are not talking about a populace that was healthy to start with. We're talking about people who have been fleeing bombing for over a year and living in awful conditions with suss sanitation.

I don't think people are really grasping this. The only food in Gaza at this point is what's bring smuggled in. And I'm going to say basic food stuff shouldn't be a black market item. They're not sneaking in casu martzu they're smuggling in flour.
