We are fans here at FlyBase; we have Interactive Fly links in the 'All Summaries' section of our gene reports.

It's June, summer is coming, and the May #Technical_Advances are here wiki.flybase.org/wiki/FlyBase...
If you want your paper with a new technique, reagent, or resource included next month, don't forget to flag it when you #FTYP.

I don't actually know; I'm not the curator who usually deals with personal communications. Drop us a note using the 'Contact FlyBase' link in the Help menu in the blue toolbar at the top or in the footer at the bottom of every FlyBase page, and the right person will get back to you.

Please email us at the 'Contact FlyBase' link (from the 'Help' menu in the blue toolbar at the top or the footer at the bottom of every FlyBase page). Our developers have been working on both those issues, and it would be useful for them to know users are still seeing them.

You can still find interaction displays via the FlyBase Interactions Browser or the MIST tool.

Yeah, Perrimon's one of our PIs. I'll check in with him.

Unfortunately, it looks like esyN, which powered that part of our reports, has gone dark.

Oh, wait…it looks like the issue might be on the esyN side; I’m checking in with our developers now.

Please send an email via the ‘Contact FlyBase’ link (at the top of the Help menu in the toolbar at top of every FlyBase page, or at the bottom of every page). That will be seen by our developer team, who can help you.
That said, I see it too.

The third file, Experimental Tool Data, complements the other two - it provides details (uses, description, compatible tools) about experimental tools (such as EGFP, mCherry, GAL4) that may be listed as components of insertional alleles or transgenic constructs in the first two files.

Aberrations tables on Gene Reports, so that you can easily search for alleles or constructs with particular characteristics for several genes at a time, e.g. loss of function alleles, UAS constructs, GFP-tagged constructs.

As with other interactive tables, users can customize the 'Members' table by reordering or filtering columns, or filtering which columns to display.
