Two years of higher education in courses discussed here would work fine with simultaneous/folded in relevant community service outside of a police department. Physical fitness--yes--who are these bloated officers we are seeing?
Then, pay more from the outset so they don't rely so much on overtime.

Sabrina Carpenter is good with "old" people.

Seriously? Lying out loud to millions of Angelenos--plus everyone knows people from L.A.
Where were they from? All of the other cities and towns across the nation where millions marched? Other nations, where people marched in solidarity?

Your work is purchased as you rent your brain, expertise, and creativity to others, and it is weird because it's not like a swap meet where you are expected to go back and forth on value and cost, yet others might frown or scowl or question when they need to pay you per the deal they made with you.

A colleague once said that 80% of success at a job is just showing up, which seemed very cynical at the time. Fast forward to reality--a B- is not a bad grade for any given day, especially a Monday. Hang in there!
