It's almost unheard of when Trump bypasses Governor Newsom and deploys the 2000 State Guard without a formal request. This is a Dictator-move and abuse of the Insurrection Act of 1807. Protesters are not a violent uprising. The Trump regime has alerted the US Marines at Camp Pendleton aswell.
