If you have Informed Delivery in the US you may get a notice that your order is shipping soon, please note we can not control when you get this notification and it might be 5-7 days before your order is actually packaged and shipped.

There should be a plastic film on that needs to be peeled and that might be what’s scuffed/damaged! However if you’ve peeled that and it still has issues please email us and we can help you out!

Correct, however we are primarily shipping through FedEx so a majority of orders to Canada will still ship out.
