Supper is after tea innit, could be a biscuit or it could be fish and chips if it’s been a warmish day and you had a healthy salad for tea!!

If they go any more to the right they are going to go full circle and end up coming up to the left of the hard left, or, for flat earthers, dropping off the side of the discworld!

There’s a great Northern saying I’m fond of “Looks like a bag ‘o’ shite tied up with string round the middle!”

Given what’s going on, on Earth, today, Mars would be well advised to increase that 140M Mile gap considerably!

Polls in 2100 not looking good for Reform, an investigation by Chris Mason for the BBC. And Question Time tonight, how do we stop the small minded boats leaving the UK, and why don’t we care.

You need a second mortgage to eat fish & chips in Blackpool these days, and I say eat but only if you get to the food before the seagulls get there first! The headline should really read “Silly Old Sod Goes On Holiday Abroad By Mistake, But Lost 14lbs”

Two lads referred to me as being “bent as a 9 bob bit” given they were about 20 yo and the 50p coin introduced to replace 10 Shillings (10 bob note) was a good 35 years before they were born, the phrase has worn better than I have!!

Holiday Weekend Bingo
What day is it?
I’m going shopping at rush hour!
Which cardigan is today?
Yaay! Everyone’s back at work
Nap time. Well I’ve been up since 5am
5am? I was watering the lawn
It’s Tuesday, Bingo Night
Oh! It’s Wednesday
EVERY Day is a Bank Holiday!

I didn’t go to a private school (obviously). I do know that 20% of £55,000 is £11,000 = £66,000
So where is the other £4,000 coming from, apart from your overgrown garden and a downgrade on your South of France jaunt to a week at Butlin’s Minehead Resort (not that there is anything wrong with it).

There’s me thinking he’s on holiday and yet we have heard more from him in the last few days than in the previous month. Obviously feeling guilty about finishing term early and giving the impression he’s still working!

It’s easy to promise the world, jam tomorrow with Reform with no clear indication of how funding will found, just like Brexit and look how that’s turned out!

“Their final child” but hey ho, Johnson is only 60, still plenty of time for him to pump out a few more with someone else, so don’t despair!

The nation came to a standstill at 12:30 this Saturday as literally millions of people didn’t realise there was a strike on and carried on with protest shopping, protest driving and protest getting away for the Bank Holiday as they realised the next General Election is some 4 years away.

Should have glued them together so they leaned in to each other and create the world’s first PushMePullYouWarship. Mind you both engines going, it would have spun round in circles and disappeared in a vortex, which is basically the script for The Final Countdown!

I see he’s been available to comment on BBC articles about drops in immigration numbers and on the Chagos Island “surrender” deal, despite his “well earned break” from the rigours of local election campaigning, but strangely quiet on the EU-UK Reset announcement!

I think the great British public have made it clear that we can’t be trusted with making decisions such as this, even if it was just an advisory one on a knife edge that the Tories decided was the will of the people!

Isn’t this what the Brexiteers trumpeted that we will be able to do after leaving the EU, to negotiate our own trade deals, isn’t this what that is? Or did they mean negotiating deals with anybody BUT the EU. They are never going to be happy are they no matter what!

No problem, I’m sure we all got used to the world bumbling along in a predictable way, but the last few years have blown away decades of calm. Its all got very windy politically lately and hard to keep up 👍
