I don’t want to be a content creator. I don’t want to be thinking about when is the best time to post or what is the best type of content to post for maximum engagement. I just want to be an artist and I just want to make art.

that's interesting! I am familiar with the song and can definitely see the comparison. I've never heard any talk about my work like that but I absolutely love it. I try to inject some kind of musical influence in my work.

part of a solo show, CYBERIA, I did at a Ember + Forge in November 2023. I had it all planned out for a few months, went to LBX, came home, managed to ink/tone/frame all 12ish pieces the week before the show.

penciled pages and the first 2 inked pages of VANCE SUBPRIME are on Patreon (w/o dialogue rn) I will be posting a page every few ones to not completely spoil the story. Ross and I want to present it whole. Patreon.com/fmagali

I felt I was less than for having this safety net, but being a full-time freelancer is SO HARD. I had an ok paying job out of college but got laid off during covid and had trouble finding stable work since. Any part time jobs were to help fund the work and simply get outside.
