I felt we needed to talk about left back a while, especially if Calafiori needs to cover centre back as well. MLS to be third choice 6 and 8 next season probably first choice centre back but long term midfielder

Yeah 100% agree, someone likes you and up the chain you go. It's the new nepotism

Doesn't surprise me a lot of them are right place right time, or through brown nosing and stealing other people's work

A bit like Gullit when with Milan, when he had to tell the Italians they were the better team not to focus on the legacy

It's fair very fair, Sadly all media seems to need the clicks and he does do that but I don't think it's working for him in my area or demographic but in Trumps America he is still held up as an icon

He came in with Declan Rice but didn't realise the Rice played for Ireland before England tells you all you need to know the guy is just a mouth piece

Scott question for you, on Tuesday Declan Rice had a shot which the keeper saved, the ref gave a goal kick, on the stats is that a shot on goal statistically? Or does the goal kick lead to a determination of shot off target?

I get it too even walking out of the Arsenal tune station I am like the 8 year old when I first went, kneeling behind the billboards as a junior gunner for £2 in 89 it'll never be the same but I assume it's the same for every generation

Been going on a long time over a decade, think it shows peoples sense of entitlement

That's Meholes method of operation, cause outrage to distract from the debate he was great at baiting the Healy-Raes and the topic gets lost, he's creates confusion

You think being 7 excuses your disgraceful behaviour? Lewis and Elliott keep fighting the good fight.
It was a great pod

Arsenal claim to fame, the 1989/90 squad sent me a signed get we'll card actual signatures and my little brother tore it up I'll never get over it

I don't know I don't trust Mehole Martin and he's been flying the kite and is in charge but hopefully it will go away and remain away

Sterling at 9?

Hey Scott what's the correlation with Partey not being in midfield and Odergard not being as influential? Looks like that connection has a knock on effect as no outside runs with Partey at right back

A most excellent ending

I agree think he is a body that can offer something but he's not a game changer but someone who can contribute to control. His pace has dropped away but he can ensure he can recycle the play

You did get there James

Looks like with Ethan on the right we have more of a left sided field tilt compared to normal, think we'd benefit from having a few shots from 25 out just to make Brentford press and make more space for those killer thru balls but if they have no reason to jump they are more difficult to deliver
comment in response to

Yeah it's hard when you know his actual level I imagine it's harder for himself given he knows what he can do, probably just needs a flick to go his way to free his mind, or with a new born a few nights of good sleep

It was fine left it set up for a second season, little enough drama or tension properly built up, if you are not enjoying it leave it where it is
