haven't a snowballs chance in hell of ever making, which so far has involved giving the US $500m that it will never get back and wont even result in a box of pencils. More than a billion wasted with absolutely nothing whatsoever to show for it.

Australia stupidly elected a religious nut ex advertising twerp as Prime Minister - Morrison - and the next thing you know, he cancels a submarine contract with France, entailing paying them AU$830m in compensation, concocts some asinine stupid deal to buy nuclear subs from the US they

Remember Biden? His national security advisor Jake Sullivan is Jewish, so Israel got whatever they wanted, including THADD, while Ukraine got 'they don't need THADD'. Jake Sullivan was your answer then and Trump is your answer now.

Were I a potential adversary, I'd be several times more afraid of 60 B-21 than a tiny number of subs The B-21 is a Swiss knife of capabilities. In addition to carrying very capable ordnance, it will likely also be the most capable intelligence gathering aerial system in existence.

AUKUS can't die quick enough. Our moron politicians wont be getting back the $500m some idiot has already given them. That could have bought 4 F-35s, for instance. The US is getting 100 B-21 bomber. We could buy 60 for 15.5% the cost of the sub program if the price blows out to $1b each.

The costs of the B-21 are a bit rubbery at the moment, but $750m a pop has been touted. Even if the cost blows out to $1b each, Australia could get 60 for 15.5% the cost of the Stupid subs. To put that in perspective, the US current plans are to purchase 100 B-21.

I believe Australia has so far given the US $500m - for absolutely nothing. The US are unable to make the subs we have so foolishly given them funds for. B-21 bombers could do all that a sub does, and more, for a small fraction of the insane $386 billion for the subs.

They have their own agendas, just like the BBC. They have been repeating lies about the cost of nuclear reactors from a single CSIRO 'researcher' who likes turbines and solar panels and doesn't like nuclear energy. Hopeless bias.

The subs are a moronic idea. You could do far, far more, at less than half the cost, with B-21 bombers, 50-100 of which would be infinitely more scary to an adversary than a tiny handful of cans under the water that can't cover thousands of km in a day. No crewing issues either.

This is perpetuating the fallacy that something shouldn't be done because something else is more worthy. I remember exactly the same objections were raised about the Apollo space program, because all that money could be spent on solving world hunger, cancer research, etc, etc.

Can someone please do an MRI of this creature to confirm whether or not there is actually a brain in there, because external indications are that there isn't.

You don't need that lying POS Muskrat's worthless word - Ghislane Maxwell "reportedly" stated that Epstein had videos of Trump. Of course that may not be true. The article implies Maxwell has the tapes, www.independent.co.uk/news/world/a...

Didn't Disney obtain exclusive rights to 'Age of Aquarius', right after they copyrighted all European fairy tales and children's stories?

Having had exposure to the Taliban's abhorrent treatment and attitude to girls and women, multiple entities in the US have decided they actually agree with and admire these medieval peasants and so have set out to emulate them.

Pigs shot an Australian female reporter in the leg with a rubber bullet, with clear intent. Video footage makes that very clear. Secretary of hair products can't find people stupid enough to work for him, save him from himself, or take the blame for him.

The dead Ukrainians are mostly the US's fault for spending far more effort on nuclear non-proliferation since 1945 than they have honouring their commitments made to get the results they wanted. The US is a moral wasteland.

There is a simple solution to Orban's concern, eject Hungary from the EU and replace them with a country far more aligned with European ideals - Ukraine. Hungary is a parasite, feeding off it's host while doing nothing positive in return, inflicting ill health and damage instead.

Secondly, the headline is excruciatingly bad, even by DM trashy standards. There was nothing found to suggest there was ever a single building, let alone a city. There is literally nothing to connect the headline to the article except the 140,000 year figure.
