Yeah, I agree... but I also think we just need more people to see and believe them. A lot more!

I remember when Obamacare was unveiled, and the sickest, poorest white people in the country were fine suffering illness and injury and drowning in medical debt as long as "the wrong people" didn't get healthcare. Racism is like brain damage!

Sadly, reality doesn't have music underneath the moments telling us how to feel, and our eyeballs rarely provide us dramatic viewing angles. ☹️

Glad I'm not the only one seeing this. All that money they got, and she looks like someone microwaved Kelly Ripa and he looks like someone drew Lex Luthor on a limp dick.

Let me be clear: I will not stop fighting until this proposal is dead and buried. Americans will not stand to have the hiking, climbing, and hunting spots we love put up for sale. (2/2)

Agreed, it's bullshit. I saw a Daily Show interview a long time ago where a former Congressman said *AS SOON AS HE WAS SWORN IN* he was beset with consultants telling him to start raising re-election money *RIGHT AWAY*. He was like "What am I running on? My record? I haven't cast a single vote yet."

Hilariousad to read letters between Jefferson, Madison, et al in the 1780s & they all seem to assume that (1) campaigning will be done via newspaper like Federalist/Antifederalist essays and (2) whenever Congress wasn't in session, the reps would be home discussing the issues with their consituents

And "if you lied on your form, you're getting deported." Well, Elon Musk lied on his form, and I've heard no MAGA threats to deport him.
Hypocrisy's depths grow ever deeper as the Republican party continues mining their way to hell.

i also think that it is only a matter of time before this court rewrites section 1 of the 14th to effectively end birthright citizenship. the 14th amendment is the chief obstacle to a legal regime of tiered citizenship and subordinate castes, and they will not let it stand.

I want to reiterate that countless conservative judges issued universal injunctions against the Biden administration, and the Supreme Court never halted the practice. Now, barely five months into Trump's second term, the court puts an end to these injunctions. A brazen double standard.
