Vibe coding?

Agree. I would love to ride to places around town rather than drive. Share the road (with traffic 45+) just annoys drivers and puts bikers at risk. We need dedicated bike paths.

That photo make me want to vomit. Beyond incompetent, every person in the photo is actively causing harm.

But that's exactly what happened!

This isn't some hypothetical statistical exercise. Real people work at Northside and were accused of racism in this thread. Defaming accusations aren't acceptable in other areas so how is it OK now?

I'm advocating against slander.

Was he? He graduated law school in 2004.

Yes. Also the Atlantic has a great piece. www.theatlantic.com/politics/arc...

Not saying it does. I'm saying it's wrong to jump straight to racism accusations OP - "the reason why she’s brain dead is she’s a black women who did not receive the medical care a white man would have".
comment in response to post
From the article: "Commonly cited reasons for the disparity observed include lower socioeconomic status and lack of prenatal care" No racism is not a safe assumption. Correlation is not causation.

Again, to the OP: "the reason why she’s brain dead is she’s a black women who did not receive the medical care a white man would have." That's not a statistic that's an accusation.
comment in response to post
You've wrongfully assumed that the "disparity" is linked primarily to treatment, when poverty is a major factor as it often comes along with obesity and related diseases and a lack of preventative care. Again, you're saying the doctors might be racists without evidence.

I wasn't deflecting. I pointed out she was an RN and as an RN she knows the hospitals and people who work on them.

I'm just not so quick to jump on the racist accusations because it's harmful. This is no better than accusing a black person of a crime because of "the statistics". If you ever find yourself falsely accused then maybe you'll understand.

I live in Atlanta and it's probably one of the most racially progressive cities in the nation. My son's Dr is a black female Princeton grad and the top specialist in the city. Hurling accusations without proof damages relations. If the standard of care was not met, then you at least have something.

Don't assume it was racism. The article says she was a nurse, so there's a good chance she worked there and knew people. Assuming racism only makes things worse.

Knowledge and wisdom go a long way and are often more valuable. Both are available to everyone.

My point is every side thinks they have "the ultimate diety" on their side.

The "anti-immigrant, anti-empathy darkness spreading" crowd believe the same thing about their efforts.

No you won't. Your account will disappear as prices and inflation soar. After the tariffs are removed from panic, the second and third order effects will take hold as we have destroyed trust and relationships with the world.

The sign is anti-American. Our ideal is freedom of religion. As long as you abide by our laws, you can believe whatever you want.

Don't forget he falsely accused Democrats of hacking the election website when it was his own agency testing. He knew. Never apologized. I will not forget. www.ajc.com/news/state--...

To be pedantic, entitlement and earned benefit are compatible. It's more the negative connotation. But I'm tired of coming up with new terms just because a word acquired a negative connotation. E.g. homeless / unhoused.

Yes, he was an angel investor. I give him full credit for making Tesla successful (the founders didn't want to go to production), but that doesn't excuse his behavior. He has caused irreparable harm and needs to go.
comment in response to post
Not saying there is an out for Musk. He's toast. I'm saying I want Tesla to succeed and I'm furious at Musk for damaging it. A good thing created by a bad person is still a good thing.
comment in response to post
The Supreme Court voted 9-0 to bring him back. What fantasy world are you living in?

Scary accurate.

Read again. You'll harass the person they sold to. Rinse. Repeat.

Do you want to have a real conversation? I'm a mechanical engineer. Tesla is way ahead of BMW in EVs. Tesla was new to building cars. BMW is new to EVs. An important distinction. Build quality BTW including NVH is very good in the latest models.
comment in response to post
Wow. The author blocked me. So much for open discussion.
comment in response to post
Answer this. If a bad person does a good thing, is it not still a good thing? I'm disgusted with Musk, but Tesla is a good company with good objectives (minus Cybertruck maybe). If Neuralink was curing Parkinson's, would you halt operations because the CEO is a maniac?
comment in response to post
Maybe flood the board with requests to remove him? I share the disgust with Musk. I just view Tesla minus Musk as a positive. If a bad person does a good thing, it's still a good thing.
comment in response to post
Is Trump synonymous with the US? Wouldn't it be better to remove Trump than destroy the country?
comment in response to post
All inferior EVs. I'm a mechanical engineer. All of the above are still far behind Tesla and the Chinese. The Koreans may be the closest. Building an EV is more than just slapping in a battery and motor.
comment in response to post
Sell it to someone else so you can harass them? Brilliant.
comment in response to post
Tesla is not Musk. There are 120,000 people who work for Tesla. The solution is to get rid of Musk, not destroy Tesla.
comment in response to post
Terrible. They know nothing about their circumstances. What is the person to do? Sell it to someone else who then will also be booed.

I truly do not understand how anyone could read that and think he could be President. At least nobody with an IQ above 70.

I was responding to a post suggesting intentionally draining a battery, or at least I thought I was. Not sure what happened.

Ok. So you empty your neighbor's gas tank. Is that closer?
comment in response to post
You're most likely hurting an ally and hurting your cause. How would you feel if your neighbor damaged your car?
