Mom. Engineer. Mil-brat. And still Native. Free speech is never free. But we can keep fighting for it!

"Trump lied" is that free space is the center of your bingo card. We all know it's non-stop anyway. Fight. Stand up. Record everything! To my friends in uniform, you were ordered to report. You are not required to follow illegal orders. Uphold your oath! #calltoaction #FDT #fightfascism

I would love to hear what Tom Morello has to say about LA right now.

We've already seen what happens when LA gets pissed enough. I have a feeling this is going to be a very lively night.

The postal service refused to give addresses for housing on the reservation. They pretend they are protecting the vote but the point was to stop natives. Reminder that AZ wouldn't let the Codetalkers from WWII vote when they came back until forced to in 1964 from the civil rights act.

They're blinded by the money being thrown in their face by developers.

When I was a manager at McD, someone hopped the counter and tried to assault a young lady working the night shift because their fries were cold. Corporate finally understood why we said 24-hour lobby was too dangerous. It wasn't homeless people or drug users. It was angry assholes almost every time.

It's like watching that weird couple having their loud breakup in the apartment parking lot. 🍿😎

Side note. Proper grammar in street art is so great to see.

The fact that the single day each year with the highest internet search hit for "international men's day" is on international women's day just shows how much ignorant people will keep asking when straight pride month is. We all roll our eyes at their idiocy but weaponizing it leads to fascism.

Read a book where the author mentioned this attitude by the American media. She was at a county council meeting in South Dakota where they were discussing the removal of voting access to a local reservation. No media there. No one cared enough to cover it AT ALL. Us Natives aren't shocked.

It's a job. We hired the President to lead the executive branch of the gov't. Not for free, since this leads to bribery. Oh wait.... He donates his paycheck to the VA, then guts their budget. He donates his paycheck and then takes $3M golf trips EVERY WEEK. He donates but takes bribes from cartels.

There are people who cannot understand how much this whole ICE kidnapping bullshit is in fact bullshit until they see these stories. "I just wanted the criminals gone." Dude, cartels paid Dumpster to come here while he dragged off innocent children to concentration camps for simply being brown.

It is mind-numb dealing with people in "traditionally male jobs" like transportation engineering. So many people just ASSUME you are some special hire. Having a rocking GPA, previous leadership/management experience, and a good internship means shit to them. It must have been the boobs. 😑

In fast food, I worked full-time as a manager. Healthcare was expensive so I only covered me. At a casino, it was free for me but over $1000 a month for my kids. How the hell do you pay for that? Oh, YOU DON'T! They were on the state child healthcare since it was ridiculous otherwise.

As a parent with autistic kids, I can see this in the teachers when we do IEP meetings and such. They're like trauma victims. We have some of the best damn teachers ever and we do everything to help make at least dealing with us as painless as possible. I don't blame them for leaving. #weseeyou ❤️

I want my damn taxes to pay for school lunches. Not some bullship plaque in the front yard of the 10 commandments. 🤬 #feedthechildren

It is interesting how many Americans violate the "flag code" in the name of patriotism. 😒

I'm not saying I support those AHs but that's how and why the system was set that way. Privacy Vs. Transparency.

To be fair, there is a legit reason the general public doesn't have free access to those cameras. One word - stalkers. Camera footage can usually be requested via the Freedom of Information Act, though. Assume it is kept for more than 7 days (which usually it isn't).

As a person of mixed race, it is super hard for people of color to fight this fight alone. If I did this, they would have arrested me and thrown me in detention for hours if not days. It's really good to see white people in this. You have privilege and power. PLEASE, use it for good! We need it!!!!!

I like one of the live concerts where he changed the lyrics to "some of those who hold office are the same the burn crosses." Fitting.

"It’s shocking to me the amount of time that many billionaires spend on social media. These people could be ice skating on the top of yachts, and instead they’re tapping away on their screens.” Shocked? They only care about themselves already. How is that shocking?
