Is anyone else impressed that she managed to back up without hitting the white car? She’s had some previous experience it would seem.

Two canceled flights and 3 delayed flights in 6 days. Sheesh!

Probably true, but it still doesn’t explain some of the bizarre decisions being made. Why move to make vaccines unavailable? More expensive, I get.

Thank you both for having a civil discussion about this. Well done!

I used to live in Charleston, SC. This is the place that a white cop shot something like 7 bullets into a black man’s back. The cop did go to jail, but only because someone caught it on their phone.

That’s priceless!

So vaccinations will no longer be available and we also are not allowed to wear masks? This will spell doom for the economy anytime there is a breakout.

Exactly what I’m thinking. He’s done such a complete turn around that I suspect blackmail.

A few hundred learn that with each scam. It’s a slow process, unfortunately.

And they are soooo expensive. Ran in to grab something like rubbing alcohol and just walked out. It was 3x the price of my grocery store.

I don’t know if I’m worried for Canada or relieved to see another sane democracy lose out to modern conservatism. Probably both.

I seem to only visit private groups I’m in and there are no ads in those, so facebook seems to be losing out with my viewage. And these groups kick out people who discuss politics or want to argue so the experience is quite pleasant.

The economy of California contributes a massive amount to the federal tax base and the state provides food to the nation. Insane to attack them. Lots of republicans live there as well who deserve representation from their party.

You might not see the impact, but if we persevere, a little niggle will reside there for the time when Trump is out of favor.

It’s like that person at a party that corrects you when you are obviously exaggerating a point for a laugh.

I was thinking the exact same thing. So ridiculous.

Setting the stage for future failure for this administration.

And really, what does that matter if true? Without access to vaccines for childhood diseases, the concern over processed foods is nullified.

I think some people are motivated to leave because social media just seems to be bad for our species and this latest news simply cemented their decision.

Thank you. As a former teacher, the constant blame on our education system is tiresome.

And this is the argument for continued support of space programs. We constantly want to cut funding, but we are going to need to utilize “space” in some manner to survive, living there and/or getting rid of waste.

Possibly unending drought due to overpopulation in certain areas of the state as well? I’m not sure that naturally arid environment was meant to sustain so many people, who all use water to live.

I seem to only visit my private groups on Facebook. I think perhaps it is because I get genuine responses there. My regular feed seems to be mostly ads anymore.

It is some sort of extreme tunnel vision. We have a friend, retired military, who regularly watches Fox. He was shocked that Fox paid out on Dominion and didn’t know why. He is MAGA, but is married to a Democrat executive. Definitely a low information voter, but no idiot. Grew up extremely poor.

I remember that paying for cable came with the benefit of not having to watch commercials. How did we let that slip past us?

I remember missing out on a Charlie Brown Halloween special in 3rd grade. Everyone was taking about it and I felt so left out!!

My dad picked my brother and I up early from daycare and surprised us by going to the theater. So crowded at a 4 pm showing in my small town that I sat by myself (11 yo). Walked out to see my first ever line around a cinema. Was absolutely amazed.

I totally agree. Imagine teaching school children at 80 years of age. You couldn’t pull it off. So what are we actually paying these folks to do? Tweet?

Does this brilliant businessman understand that if you tank economy people won’t be able to buy luxury vehicles? If possible Tesla buyers have to support aging parents, there is likely no money for a pricey automobile.

About 20 years ago my sons’ pediatrician had an article up in his office warning patients about United Healthcare. It wasn’t my insurance carrier so I didn’t bother reading it, but the doctor let me know that he thought the company was horrible.

I completely agree. I always find this fascinating. Uber drivers usually have interesting careers aside from the extra money of being a driver.

We literally had a hugely popular tv show about a teacher with cancer who sells meth to pay for his treatment. Poor access to healthcare is part of our national identify.

I never understand how these folks like science fiction. It has been a liberal dream since inception: women and minorities in lead positions, sexual encounters with birth control, democratic policies in government and with new species. Shouldn’t the racists be more attracted to war genres?

I think he loves the unlimited fan club groupies. If you are accepted by them, there is never any criticism. And he grew up in South Africa, so he likely shares a lot of the same ideals.
Tesla seems to just be his money making machine.
