Seattle’s first pride parade was in 1974. As a 4th generation resident my explanation is the fact that few belong or attend churches in Western Washington and evangelicals are a small minority here with little influence compared to other states.

Remember, he was calling them out for being weird among other remarks during campaign to huge applause. Then the beltway democratic advisors shut him down so as not to offend voters. Harris should have let Walz be Walz calling out the insanity of Trump.

Congressman Alan Grayson said the republican plan is if you get sick to die quickly back when Obama was president. This is the planned eugenics. They all believe they are special and others are expendable.

They aren’t journalists, they are stenographers lacking knowledge of history civics etc. It’s all about clicks and sound bites. In the before times, newspapers and magazines were source of news requiring in depth reporting to a citizenry of readers. Check out the ones from the 20s,30s and later.

Same here but it was measles at age 6. I nearly died all because a idiot mom sent her son to picture day with measles
and the teacher allowed it. Have always dreamed of hearing the birds sing. My kids and their friends enjoyed riding in backseat knowing their conversations were unintelligible.

What is it these haters think is going to happen when millions of children and their parents are without basic healthcare, shelter and food. Years ago a democratic congressman said the republican plan was for people to die and die quickly. Did they all miss American history before FDR?

Tapper is a shill and a lazy reporter whose book no one should buy.

I was up at Rainier and the sound was incredibly loud and the ground shook. Knew immediately it was St Helens. The mudflows and tree debris swept down from Helens for miles. Local news had been reporting on possible eruption for days.

Tapper wrote his “tell all” before Trumps executive order binge. Now he can’t sell his book because no one cares about Biden’s age issues any longer. Tapper is a shill and a lazy reporter.

We are living now in an Orwellian dystopia and unfortunately the masses have no knowledge of what that means to their families future.

America was formed by genocide, slavery and white Christian supremacy. This effort to disavow and attack our institutions under a false anti DEI crusade is the racist playbook. Same as it ever was.

So obvious that Musk and his minions manipulated the swing state voting. The payback is Trump’s subservient behavior and dominance of Musk. Staying out of jail and future trials was his only goal hence the Faustian bargain.

Time for all the states to enact 100% vote by mail laws. Ban all touchscreen machines. Oregon, Colorado and Washington state have voted this way for 20 years safely and accurately.

Putin is likely directing Trump to claim the Western hemisphere and to leave NATO and our allies so Putin can take Eastern Europe back. And let China have control of Asia and especially Taiwan. Canada, Greenland, Panama are the pieces so Trump can be McKinley

As a white woman who majored in history, I fully appreciated the entire performance. It was a masterpiece and should be part of curriculum in American and Black history classes.

Biden is culpable. Klein recommended he appoint Garland. Appears they both chose to exempt Trump and congress critters from charges. The identity of pipe bomber has never been disclosed because it would have forced DOJ to act.

Colorado, Oregon and Washington state all have only vote by mail. No machines. Harris won all three. What % of voters in swing states vote on machines? How many mail in were not counted? Still remember Jeb Bush when Florida called for Gore, he stomped out of room saying that can’t be right.

And the White House press sit quietly, no shouting just acquiescence. Same with the illegal executive orders. So obvious press loves this for the chaos unlike Biden or Obama factual responsible governing. Just disgusting and Magas eat it up.

Voter suppression, disqualifying mail ballots, bomb threats in democratic districts all resulted in Trump winning swing states. I don’t blame the voters when their votes are thrown out. We may never have fair elections again. That is the Republicans plan for America in future.

“Many of our Christians have the goo goo syndrome. They want everyone to vote. I don’t want everybody to vote. Elections are not won by a majority of people. They never have been and they are not now. Our leverage in the elections goes up as the voting populace goes down.” Paul Weyrich

The plan is to ensure white man supremacy by nullifying the 14th amendment. In Seattle court today Trump revealed plan to deny citizenship to Native Americans. Stating their allegiance is to tribe and not America. This is Eugenics with goal to stop minority majority. It is sick.

Reagan is to blame. He went after the nonprofits like Blue Shield and Blue Cross . He created HMOs which required prior authorization and separate billing for everything. The overhead for private practice physicians skyrocketed and then came the corporate and financial investor monopolies.

Reagan in California was upset at Berkeley and the state supported tuition for affordable colleges. He ended it by saying he was cutting taxes. I paid $144 a quarter at University and books were cheap. This was class warfare to limit college admissions without regents losing money.
