The groundwork to more stringently & widely enforce the Comstock Act has been happening for years. It won't be limited to what's in Comstock. They'll use that to prohibit much more. Jonathan f mitchell has been paving the way

I get it. I live in Texas. Lots of blue voters in my district. But we'll never have enough to be blue. People think TX is a monolith but in reality,51% wins. So no.... not everyone in red districts elected trump. We fight on for our public reps to represent ALL of us.

I love my job. I love serving our Veterans, it's an honor! Both of my parents are/were Veterans. We are not the villians or parasites we're being made out to be. Yes, we should reduce any waste in our government, but what's happening is not even about that, even if they say it is. ...

they want to traumatize us (google Vought, trauma). It's REALLY hard for me not to rage against the machine, but I will instead just ask that you please send some good vibes to me, my sister and all of us feds that work really hard for our country. ...

The world continues to wage better opposition to his bullshit than our own country.

I've been thinking lately how very tired I am from constantly trying to figure out why things are happening.

I think this is terrifying but everything seems terrifying right now so I'm not entirely sure?

So we're suppose to find the solution for career politicians who understand & navigate the system every day? Canada & Mexico have done more to oppose this administration's actions in real time than our elected officials.

Canada & Mexico have done WAY more to stand up to what's happening in the US than our own politicians. That's very clear and I applaud them.

I'm tired of politicians telling us this is OUR problem. We are so far removed from the levers to make immediate change on this. I (like others) see what's happening. But the only politician response seems to be "hey do you guys see this?" They haven't stopped a single thing from moving forward

The need to separate the Republicans from MAGA. they don't have to convert them to democrats. They just have to convince them of the value of not allowing MAGA faction to run it all.

Here's the deal, Schiff. We, the people, are vividly aware of the threat. Yet y'all keep trying to convince us instead of ... doing something. We know. We get it. We're waiting for our public servants to do everything in their power. And then some.

To be fair, at this point dems ARE hypothetical.

Jumping on this for anyone in Texas... any Texas resident can get a Houston Public Library card for immediate access to their full catalog on Libby.

If musk holds all the data they've captured & there isn't a reliable method of sharing with the administration, I fully expect musk to incorporate the country under his United States of America LLC (established October 2024 in Texas)

Thank you! With everything going on, many of these harmful library bills will go unnoticed.

There is not a single female alive would would have received the adoration & acceptance he did if she did a presser with her son on her shoulders. In fact, she would have been smeared for it. And we're just ignoring that.

This is in no way a priority that needed attention in the first month. The average American doesn't give a damn about this because they're struggling to afford food, housing, & utilities. But trump doesn't care about improving those things really.

I guess I'm kind of tired of hearing it's *our* fight when we are not the ones with immediate legislative power to stop it
