Like for all the claims of being able to transfer accounts have open clients and third party relays, isnāt now the time to test all this surely?

Finally Birmingham Live having the balls to tackle some serious discussion. Though I do worry this verges too much towards opinion rather than impartial account of the world. So hard to find such a voice in journalism these days.

And what do the Tories suggest would be different in our relations with America if they were in charge given that under current leadership they literally just copy the words of MAGA any time a mic is put in front of them?

Trying to address or apologise for accusations of liberal bias when reporting on verifiable facts is a major distraction and a betrayal of truth.

Bsky has a natural bias towards people who were alienated on X however itās way more open and you can even configure your algorithm to be a far right echo chamber should you wish.

I canāt help but feel like people who unnecessarily downplay the capabilities of LLMs have an emotional block preventing them from actually seeing what they do. IMO if youāre going to be skeptical of them thereās still plenty of valid issues to criticise them for even when giving a charitable take.

Iād say if thatās even something that can be speculated thatās a huge problem. Surely without transparency and accountability of moderation this is no better than the other place?

Do they ever explain why they delete such accounts? Do they cite some policy or overzealous bot?

What is a good idea is giving unusual content for people who come back after a long time. Imagine coming back to a game after 10 years and something crazy has changed which suggests itās almost been alive without you. Would obviously need to get its time from a server and encrypt content etc.

I would estimate that <1% of LLM users have the intelligence, wisdom and education required to responsibly use them. By that I mean cast reasonable doubt, understand how it works(ish), understand the corporate and societal dynamics it operates within.

Every time I see it added to a product I sneer. Elonās got to be paying to get it listed in places, right? We have OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llamaā¦
Grokās only selling point is it does unethical, illegal things. Iām guessing the onboarding via illegal generative porn then onto some fascism.

This is more than that. This is Elon sat by his lonely computer trying to remember how to use JSON thinking about people hating on the white South Africans who are being welcomed to the USA as ārefugeesā, specifically looking to raise the propaganda point of white genocide in his nazibot.

I find it hard to respect someone who uses X, but someone who uses grok? A particular league of dickhead.

Taking oligarch money and putting it into common ownership is the only way we survive as a species. But it has to be international. Maybe itās impossible right now but we will get there eventually somehow.

I can't put into words what banning GTA6 would be like. I really want it to happen. Like, I hope people would still get to play it via VPNs etc. but the ban itself would be peak popcorn.

Well, better make a product with the company who are accelerating climate change, stealing and reselling the sum total of all human data and function as an essential arm of an emerging fascist dictatorship.

Via the unions. We need the unions to sever ties with Labour and endorse or form a new party, probably the latter. And IMO they should run on a platform of supporting human rights, rejecting AI and demanding ongoing sovereignty from America particularly in the NHS.

I for one kind of like human rights, observing them in others, having them, the whole malarkey.

Am loving seeing Godot really take traction in projects like this. The kind of thing that just couldnāt really happen without it being FOSS. Fantastic work all involved.
