Scary? Now imagine that being shocked by a stun gun almost everyday.

Was thinking about my trip to Hong Kong in 1994. Or life before 9/11, don’t see many guardrails for now. Maybe a few old school GOP senators but it’s not as robust as needed and will be tested.
