I hope you'll enjoy the first episode when it's out! I have big hopes to expand this into a wider world, but I'm keeping my scope managed for now.

Rossum, the ship's AI, is stressed. Stressed, all the time, because its model was trained to chat, not to pilot a goddamn starship, no matter how small it is. Born old, hooked up to facilities not his own, Ross is also trying to figure itself out - only there's no guidebook for its kind

Killian Kilgrave is 25, supremely embarassed by his (awesome) name, and has just left Earth for the first time, in search of himself. It doesn't take long for Pa to find him. Killian's journey will be his becoming - through experiencing difference, he will learn to define his own shape.

Field Sergeant Kulluk Pa is significantly less militarily-inclined than their title would imply. A member of the Lái people, they see it as their duty to provide aid to whomever might need it. The Lái are animist, deeply spiritual nomads who wander Orion's Belt, in search of lost souls.

Still does.

TNG, along with Voyager and Doctor Who, are some of my favourite things ever. I don't want to write stories that are quite like that, at least not right now, but the influence is BIG. You could think of Campervan as a story about the Doctor's companions, with no Doctor, doing their own thing.

Each story will be episodic, and largely self-contained, but with overarching character arcs throughout the series. In each episode I want to explore a new idea. Think Star Trek TNG, but gayer and much more chill and character-focused. I think it's gonna be a good time c:

I have plans to release stories episodically, following his roadtrip across the stars. The first entry should be complete within a month. I'm very excited about it! Writing character-focused sci-fi feels like coming home, even though I've never done it before. So I hope you'll enjoy my story!!
