What happened with Mint?? 🤔 I’ve installed it on a variety of hardware over the years and it’s always been successful. Even upgrades between major versions seem OK now. Worth persevering if you can bear it..

Please add a warning if non-eco 7 tariff would be cheaper option for the customer! Some customers are only on eco 7 tariff due to inheriting legacy meter and are overpaying.

I’m working on migrating away from MS products across the family - it’s just too annoying now. Updates that take hours to install, “AI” forced into apps/OS, OneDrive file sharing broke last year, forced upgrade to Win11 and 3 year old laptop not good enough apparently. Will sink or swim with Linux!

Is there really no route to run another Ethernet cable from router to the cable which runs to the office? Either round outside wall or round skirting board and then use a CAT6 joiner. Seems a shame to introduce complexity of a wireless (or powerline) link to go across a room…

They usually provide a free cordless phone like the one shown on this page… this connects to the integrated DECT base station in the supplied router. There should also be a phone socket on the router for supporting existing wired phones. ee.co.uk/broadband/di...

Yes! There’s a lot to learn when setting up WSJT-X and about all the other modes that the software supports. It feels good making contacts using a few Watts when using my QDX.
