Okay, I have to find this and try it!

I was at that one at Sandstone outside of Kansas City, Missouri. New Order was so painfully loud that my wife and I found a couple of kids who were really into it back in the lawn area, and gave them our seats down front. We went off to the meet and greet and got to hang out with Björk.

I was there to see the Sugarcubes. U2 had interesting stage decor, but I spent their whole set just wandering around the place.

"I've known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy," Trump told New York magazine in 2002. "He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side."

From what I've read, Bill Barr was the last person to see Epstein. Then supposedly all the cameras failed, and nobody checked on him.

July 6th and 7th, 2019, the FBI opened Jeffrey Epstein's safe. They didn't have a warrant for the contents & left all the hard drives and CDs on top. When they came back to get them, his lawyer had them in a suitcase. Wanna bet Trump's been blackmailing pols? www.yahoo.com/gma/fbi-agen...

The problem is that Rockwell completely screwed up, and without SpaceX's Crew Dragon, there is no way to and from the ISS except the Russians.

The most important "Epstein files" were on the hard drives and photo CDs the FBI opened July 6th & 7th 2019. Which they left sitting on top for several days where anyone who could pick a lock could get. I have no doubt Roy Cohn's best student has been blackmailing. www.yahoo.com/gma/fbi-agen...

I'm 64 years old, and that is the most "on brand" thing the current crop of Republicans have ever done.

When Russia inevitably backs down, Ukraine is going to be a world leader in drone technology. And they're producing a generation of FPV drone pilots who are going to be unbeatable in competition.

When the book about this criminal enterprise Call the Trump administration is written, this event is going to be very significant. TLDR: The FBI, under Trump, opened Epstein's safe… and left all the hard drives and CDs of photos sitting on top for several days. www.yahoo.com/gma/fbi-agen...

Thanks for sharing that. This part really annoyed me!

Vickie & I were "lucky" that we were old & poor enough that we qualified for both Medicare and Medicaid. Which meant that she got all the care she needed as she fought stage 4 small cell lung cancer, and I didn't have to spend any time arguing with an insurance company, and have no debt. Miss her.

A very well-thumbed copy of the Rand McNally Road Atlas. My late wife, a professional driver when I met her in 1982, used to buy a new one every year. This was us on our last adventure together.

It honestly wasn't that bad. Just try to get the shots on a Friday afternoon, go to bed early, wake up late Saturday. And the most useful advice anyone gave me about intramuscular shots is, work your arms to distribute the medicine. Basically, do the chicken dance!

I got my 5-year checkup colonoscopy a few weeks back, and I had a nurse arguing with me about it. Eventually, I got a different nurse. The anesthesiologist has to access my mouth, the person asking me to get undressed doesn't.

The shingles vaccine shots were a bit rough to take. But a friend's mother, who had eight sizable babies in the days before epidurals were common, called shingles "the worst pain ever". Someone with that experience says something like that, you listen if you aren't stupid.

About 10 years ago I learned the sociologist jargon term "sociolect"…a dialect associated with a peer group. I have the "computer geek" sociolect…talk to me for 5 minutes, and you'd be sure I could fix your computer. The software is written by people who speak like I do, so it works well for me.

On the one hand, speech recognition almost always does a wonderful job of transcribing my text. On the other hand, I'll punctuate as I wish, bitch!

I wish I could find the link, but I remember one of his Mafia buddies, during his New York real estate days, saying "He would lie about the weather, just for the practice."

Ronald Reagan was our first "troll" president, with his "There you go again" crap during the debate with President Carter. And Trump is the apotheosis of that miserable trend.

I'm a pedestrian. I don't drive or own a car, I walk or take the bus or Uber pretty much everywhere. And here in Kansas City most of the pedestrian walk signs don't *ever* get lit *unless* you press a button.

That sounds fascinating, thanks for sharing it! Unfortunately, I don't know enough about mRNA to truly understand how this works. Hopefully, others will come along to explain it more simply for me.

I'm 64, and virtually everything since the election of Ronald Reagan has resulted in things getting worse for average Americans. The Affordable Care Act was the Republican alternative to Hillary's plan, and they still acted like it was pure Marxism!

Could be worse. Kate Bush wrote a song called "π"… sang all the digits to the 78th decimal place, then skipped to the 101st decimal place.

I wish you could have seen it in an IMAX theater. It went from 2.76:1 Vistavision wide to the full height of the IMAX screen 1.43:1! My guitarist friend Rev. Peyton liked everything about the portrayal of that area and era…except for the guitar which could not be their daddy's…being made in 1929.
