Oh, they love it. They're fine with war as long as it's being done in the name of their cult.

Trying to verify this.

But if a few people in masks start lighting stuff on fire? Then you have news. This creates an *enormous* attentional advantage towards the most violent and chaotic kind of protest.

An amendment requires 2/3 of the Senate to approve, so sadly, it can't happen. Possibly ever again.

Well, I'd rather have an echo bubble of intelligent and compassionate people than the shit show that is X or Facebook, which not only allow Nazis but amplify their voices. You're the one still on X pretending to be useful and paying money to Elmo, Marky mark.

Cannot be much more blatantly Nazi than that. Put them away for life.

Stop. We're not rioting here in Los Angeles. Trump isn't removing criminals. He's scooping up our friends and neighbors and denying them due process. We're protecting them with our bodies and making it difficult for ICE to commit these crimes. There is a difference.

San Antonio, like most of the big states in tx, has been blue for a while, kids.

I love how he shows his willful ignorance by stating that if you eat the thc gummies, you won't be here.
People don't OD and die on cannabis, you pompous skidmark.

I don't think Pelosi has a clue what is happening to regular Americans.

I'll totally agree with you there.
comment in response to

Absolutely agree. But are the lefty lefties the only ones being counterproductive? I'd say moderates do it as well, with the actual selling out, etc (see: Schumer).
comment in response to

Nope, you've totally misread my comments.
I'm pointing out that we can't even agree on what we should be doing.
In other words, you're basically proving the OP's point.

What did I supposedly hear that wasn't said?
My question was from two disparate comments made in this post, one of them yours.
Dis you?

Can't answer the question? Attack the other.
What's that one called again?
comment in response to

Wait. Are we supposed to be easing up on accusations, or holding our electeds accountable?
comment in response to

Amazing how many comments here are proving your point.

Best case, but not even remotely likely.

I think that has a much better chance of winning!

Also: he refuses to use PACs or election advisors. That's a wonderful principle but it doesn't get you elected president.

The thing is, that will always haunt him. He either would have to go back on that and lose D votes, or get a ton of R against him.
And gerrymandering doesn't affect senator or governor elections much.
comment in response to

Again, disagree. I'm pretty sure a lot more people will show up to vote against the saying he wants to take away their guns than those that find him charismatic.

I do. I loved there most of my life, over 40 years. And was an active voter.
comment in response to

I lived most of my life in tx until 5 years ago. I was there for that election and his next.
Yes he did well against Cruz. But if he can't inspire tx voters, he won't inspire outside tx.

Ketamine will do that to a person.

His record is 1-3.

The guy has lost repeatedly to some of the worst humans in existence. It's not even voter suppression. He simply doesn't know how to win an election.
As for our next best candidate, I think Walz could.

Love me some Walz, but Beto needs to learn to sit the fuck DOWN.

We don't need to outspend Musk to defeat him. We just need to outvote the people he's motivating. Join our phone banks and chip in some dough to help us do it.
