I’m a constituent. And he’s been on the right side of everything Trump since (well before) inauguration—and at every rally as well—but getting very little attention. Glad he’s getting his due but also, self-interestedly, hope he continues as the “workhorse” for MD, and American democracy too.

Grotesque decision. On the one hand you could see this coming - ever since the Tea Party and McConnell denying Obama his SCOTUS appmt. On the other, it is shocking that it only took 3 months to completely dismantle the Constitution.

While I certainly do not vouch for the Roberts Court, I believe this is a temporary stay to allow the parties to brief the full court. Meaning it could be reversed - as happened in the USAID case.
