As my Irish Nana would have said.... "Look at the friggin face on that!! Her nose is too close to her arse!!!" Although nowadays I'm quite partial to utilising the old "Bulldog licking piss off a nettle"

Donold has gone from "Obama wasn't born in America" to "they're eating the pets" to "Biden was replaced by a robot". This is what mental deterioration looks like.

How difficult is it to be tolerant? We put up with the Tories for 14 years, Johnson’s idiocy throughout his tenure, Truss throughout her short time, Sunak’s self interest. Can we just not be tolerant and inclusive to other people’s preferences? Especially when they don’t concern us?

How very tedious and useless these Tories are. They’ve literally learned nothing. Same threats. Same cruelty. Same flouncing out of institutions and treaties they don’t like. Same contempt for anything ‘European’. Same Farage-lite clown show. Same pathway to inevitable, ruinous failure.

Sarah Pochin, Reform's newest MP, had an opportunity to ask a question to the PM today? What burning issue did she choose to represent all of her constituents? "Will the PM ban the burqa?". I feel sorry for those in Runcorn who didn't vote for her. Irrelevant culture battles.

A fox screams for hours, trapped in wire. A badger bleeds out slowly. A pet cat in agony. This is what snares do—and they're STILL legal in England. Labour promised a ban. Where is it? Demand action now: protectthewild.org.uk/ban-snares/

Public transport investment? Always good. But it must extend to making our bus and rail network accessible to all and slashing train fares. The money’s there, being wasted on traffic inducing road schemes, let's use it to make the greenest transport, the easiest and cheapest.

You are paying nearly £4bn a year to fund Thames Water and it is going up another £2bn in the next 5 years. We can't afford not to Nationalise them.

Busiest day of the week starts. For me, anyway.

I'm sure that the good people of Kent are delighted that completely inconsequential planning matters such as this are consuming the time of their recently elected councillors. www.kentonline.co.uk/kent/news/it...

Dusk approaches. Bed calls. ‘Night all.

Nigel Farage & Zia Yusuf are threatening Kent County Councillors with gross misconduct if they do not allow unelected, un-contracted software engineers, analysts and auditors to have access to Kent resident's data!?? A substantial segment of Reform voters won’t care but to the rest, wake up!

Statement on FB by Faversham Lib Dem councillor Anthony Hook on The outrageous behaviour of ReformUK councillors in Kent.

"Thames Water piled up nearly £20 billion in debt while pumping sewage into our rivers and lakes. The price of this failure must not be paid by the customers." @timfarron.bsky.social

Labour will lose the next general election if it continues on its current trajectory. I suggest all pro EU Labour MPs consider leaving and linking with @greenparty.org.uk and @libdems.org.uk to provide a real pro EU, anti austerity alternative. eastangliabylines.co.uk/politics/ref...

Since becoming an MP, Nigel Farage has managed to fit in nine trips to the US, has held down twelve jobs, which earned him nearly £1million, but has been too busy to hold any surgeries for people in Clacton who actually voted for him.

No surprise at all Peter. Got lots of questions for the new Reform councillor because of all this.

The #DOGE letter threatening Council staff who resist with gross misconduct is political theatre designed to create Reform's next scapegoat when they can't deliver all the savings they have promised. Guardian take on the situation: buff.ly/lKbzDum

Foxhunting is cruel. It's barbaric. And it's still happening. The Hunting Act 2004 needs reform — and it needs it now. Use our tool to raise your voice and tell your MP.
