Biden should pardon Nauta & De Oliveira because Trump would have pardoned them or Cannon would've dismissed their case anyway. Once they are pardoned, DOJ should dismiss charges & Biden/Garland should release Vol 2 re MAL Docs. No pending criminal proceedings or defendants who could be prejudiced.

Biden should pardon Waltine Nauta, and Carlos De Oliveira so DOJ can publicly release the report and not just to the Justice Committee "in camera". Otherwise, they will run out the clock with Trump's legal help. Trump would have pardoned them anyway or Cannon would have acquitted them eventually.

I'm glad it will slow negotiations. Maybe the West will get fed up and give Ukraine more resources and more leeway to DEFEAT Russia. If, like WWII where the West sacrificed blood as well as treasure, they'd seek UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER...or in this case UNCONDITIONAL WITHDRAWAL. No negotiations.
