ICYMI: SLDC is not committed to transparency. The 5/27 #LCRAstl meeting video was uploaded yesterday but has not been made available for public viewing, as of 3:35 p.m. today. Transparency delayed is accountability avoided. The BOA must mandate that SLDC meetings be live-streamed on Youtube.

I tuned in very late to today's 3 p.m. #LCRAstl board meeting. The board entered closed session at approximately 3:43 p.m. As of 5:09 p.m., the board is still in closed session. Developer Larry Chapman is restless. I suspect that Delmar Divine Phase 2 may be a subject of the closed session.
