WalMart did and continues, to raise prices long before and out of proportion, tariffs. I can tell you some specifics. Coffee doubled in price. Fresh produce went up by 2/3rds. Frozen chicken parts are up $2 per pound. Eggs are $9 for 18 eggs (Target reduced their prices on eggs).
