from drivers i've spoken to, some love the hustle and busy, e.g the 18 which is really frequent and busy whereas others prefer the quiet, more rural ones e.g the R5/R10! so just depends/changes from person to person ...

must be the penultimate stop? TfL only count boarders (people getting on and tapping IN) as a count for usage towards a bus stop.

it used to have joinbt highest (27) with Waterloo, but they they built the new entrance at Bank expanded its capacity and a whole new slew of escalators came in, yup!
