It did finally get to me, but went out for delivery at almost exactly 12p. I get that DHL isn't domestic anymore, but that's pretty late to leave...
And yeah, idk either... I'm at Schrodinger's Hub where we simultaneously have too many employees but the trucks aren't loaded fast enough lol

Also it's like some Schrodinger's shit when you have to speak out and shut up at the same time. I did speak out, several times even. It didn't do jack shit. I did what my manager asked, somehow that wasn't enough either. So it's a rigged game from the start. I'm out after this.

That's not unusual, but what's unusual are the attitudes of people here. I don't feel any sense of unity, it's every man for himself, which is an extremely bad way to run an industry that requires a lot of co-op. I wouldn't be surprised if this place crashes and burns eventually. Oh well.

They're like the professor that revels in how most students fail his class. And they had the gall to say the job's "not for everyone". Bro this shit's not "for anyone," this is a huge hazard. Just another place that preaches safety then puts all that responsibility on singular employees.

It's like the whole "heated pot" analogy - they've been in the water so long they have no idea this isn't normal. This might actually legitimately be worse run than my last job, and that place was a huge safety hazard itself. It's no wonder their turnover is this high
