Tombstone
I still can’t believe that Val Kilmer wasn’t even nominated for his work in this film.

Having lived there, I can confirm the veracity of your suspicions.
There’s a reason that we refer to those as our “exile years.”

That is my go-to tea. I may flirt with others from time to time, but that’s the one I regularly consume. So yummy.
I haven’t tried it with Bailey’s yet though. 🤔

I had shingles in my 40s. It’s miserable.
I’m immune compromised, so now I could get it at 45. But they changed that rule immediately before I qualified anyway.
I reacted differently to each COVID vaccine. The two shingles vaccines (Shingrix) were very mild in comparison. Sore arm and fatigue.

Because English roughs up other languages in back alleys, steals their words, and then uses those words without mercy or remorse.

I’m so sorry and furious that this happened. What a nightmare! I’m glad it’s sorted.
What the tech bros refer to as “AI” provides unreliable shortcuts while polluting its own accuracy and credibility—all while causing real, messy problems for real people.

Yeah. It looks like he had recurring roles in several shows, but nothing regular.
My takeaway: don’t try to confirm that interesting tidbit I learned before bed or before caffeine.

Color me thoroughly embarrassed. I checked Wikipedia before posting, and that article says he took a break between 1978 and the mid-80s. It also states that Garek was his first “regular television role” since 1978.
Looking at IMDB, both statements are false. My apologies.

Andrew Robinson was so amazing as the Scorpio Killer that he got death threats. (!)
For a long time, he was type cast as serial killer. He took a break from film and television until he was cast as Garek, who is one of my favorite characters.
(Trivia: he originally auditioned for the role of Odo.)

It’s definitely spotty in execution, but hits all the familiar notes. (And packs as much of a punch.)

Parenting is this impossible balance of providing support without interfering too much. I’m so glad to hear he’s made friends. ❤️
I worried for my sensitive kid… until a parent told me he befriended her daughter *because* other kids were picking on her. I swear, he teaches me more than I teach him.

For anyone following along, the last 4 episodes of this season are scheduled to be released June 13 (at least in the States).

For the unfamiliar, Jackson Hole is a mountain resort town where many extremely wealthy folks have second homes.
