This is the only of his books I’ve read, I’ll have to get back to him. Nice cover.

These were giveaways at…Burger King… (I think?) I remember pestering my parents to get them all but we didn’t go to fast food all that often. Ended up with the Yoda and Tauntaun ones.

Happened in comics too…Byrne to Superman is the first that comes to mind. Pérez to JLA before that. Kirby, of course, but that wasn’t exactly a success at the time.

Challenging without a couple extra sets of hands to push play.

Don’t worry, it won’t last long, there just aren’t that many of us.

All those are great, but I’m especially fond of Silver Surfer. Great pose, great motion.

Government was never designed to run like a business. Its job is to provide infrastructure, services, and protection for the citizens!! Government is not a for profit endeavor, it does what businesses refuse to do because it benefits the people, not its leaders!! It’s our money!!

It’s either a ‘private event’ or a ‘town hall’. ‘Private town hall’ is not a thing.

Had my eye on the Fourth World book, but this is the first I’ve heard of the First Comics companion. Have to check that out tomorrow.

The GL over in Royal Oak cuts their pepperoni almost like onion petals, truly worthy of that regal title, but the closer one that opened in Livonia doesn’t. Pizza was good, but I was a little bummed.

On first glance I read the final line ‘…use generative AI to HUSTLE student and parent inquiries.’ Not far from the truth, IMO.

Disappointing, petty and a pointless step backwards.

I feel like ‘Emperor Tomato Ketchup’ was the culmination of their 2nd phase and then ‘Dots and Loops’ began something new. ETK builds on ‘Mars Audiac Quintet’ and ‘…Space Age Bachelor Pad’. Which was different from ‘Transient Random Noise Bursts’, ‘Lo-Fi’, and ‘Peng!’

I just hope Canada gets out in front of Trump’s inevitable ‘I forced them to do that’ to say ‘We were already doing this, HE backed down,’ so the rubes at least have a chance to see the orange emperor has not clothes.
