Coasteering in appropriate places fine. BUT what if the route taken crosses private land without permission and is too close to breeding oystercatchers. Thanks to Pembrokeshire Coastal forum for sharing disturbance sounds on Monday, today’s video tells its own story.

Hello @nationaltrust.org.uk our community @cadwceibwr.bsky.social say coasteering at Ceibwr is not appropriate as we believe it disturbs the nesting birds and seals. @rspbcymru.bsky.social @wildjustice.bsky.social @skokholmisland.bsky.social @robthomasbirds.bsky.social

"Excellent work as ever for wildlife, shining a light and holding decision makers to account. Thank you Badger Trust & Wild Justice. Those poor bloody badgers" (WJ donor). We're so close to reaching our fundraising target to cover legal costs - £518 needed 🦡🔽 www.crowdjustice.com/case/legal-c...

Gorgeous morning planning with fellow #TeamWales #TeamPembs #notesfromabiscuittin @inparenthesis.bsky.social member @gill-lewis.bsky.social We have such an exciting workshop planned for llangwm lit festival which truly seeks to explore the idea of #MaryMidgley’s #mixedcommunity & how this 1/3

STOP PRESS! We have launched a crowdfunder to help support our legal challenge against the badger cull licences, which will be heard in the High Court later this year. Any help you can manage would be massively appreciated. Thank you! 🦡⚖️🔽 www.crowdjustice.com/case/legal-c...

I’ve been losing the will to write for a long time, while battling alongside our community to protect wildlife in our bay. This week I was considering giving up writing &campaigning. It’s been exhausting for all. But help comes when you need it most. Thx to these heroes whose messages arrived today

Coasteering again onto recognised nesting site where disturbance happened last year. Yet @nationaltrust.org.uk @pembscoast.bsky.social allow agreed routes from their land which they say are appropriate. Our community @cadwceibwr.bsky.social say nesting and seal pupping sites aren’t appropriate.

Last week I was asked who I thought the best British nature writers were. Without a moment’s hesitation, the first name out of my mouth was @nicolawriting.bsky.social. So it’s Very Exciting Indeed to receive a proof of her new book from @chelseagreenbooks.bsky.social

NEWS: We're taking legal action against the Government's Planning and Infrastructure Bill. We've written a letter to Angela Rayner, asking her to correct a statement she made about the bill. Read the full story in the Guardian: www.theguardian.com/politics/202...

The Pembrokeshire Marine Code says stay at least 50m away - so why do @nationaltrust.org.uk @pembscoast.bsky.social @pcfcic.bsky.social allow coasteering on nesting sites at Ceibwr? Our community @cadwceibwr.bsky.social hasn’t been given answers. Please can you ask @aledscourfield.bsky.social

Our community @cadwceibwr.bsky.social have been saying for years that coasteering is not appropriate on nesting sites. Yet @nationaltrust.org.uk allow access across their land to nesting and seal pupping areas. And @pembscoast.bsky.social @pcfcic.bsky.social support this. 1/2

Not sure why National Trust doesn’t answer specific questions regarding Ceibwr Bay protections for Nature ? It isn’t a sensitive issue it’s a matter of Nature and Protecting special places for the future forever .

Hello @nationaltrust.org.uk our community @cadwceibwr.bsky.social wrote to ask you not to allow coasteering access across your land. You said Coasteering is valid if done in an appropriate way. We say coasteering on nesting and pupping sites isn't appropriate. What does @rspbcymru.bsky.social say?

An entirely unnatural rose that is less useful for wildlife because its anthers have been overbred into more petals “named after Catherine, Princess of Wales to highlight the healing power of nature.” www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

100,000 signatures to ban fossil fuel ads and sponsorships — thank you to everyone who signed ! Now onwards to a debate . . . govpetition.uk/700024

📸 On the hottest UK May 1st since records began. Let’s get fossil fuel ads banned– just 9 days left to force a Parliamentary debate govpetition.uk/700024

What’s going on @nationaltrust.org.uk ? Trespass, breach of Pembrokeshire Marine Code, disturbing wildlife, breaching concordat, abuse to community allowed from your land. Again. Again. Again. As a landowner you have a legal responsibility to protect this SSSI and triple SAC. Again no enforcement.

We've signed this letter & have also taken legal advice on the implementation of Part 111 of the Planning & Infrastructure Bill, which is effectively 'cash to trash'.....more to come from us later this week...

One on a grouse moor in North York Moors National Park, one near a grouse moor in Lammermuirs, two at 'confidential sites' in Scotland. All since January. #RaptorResearch #WildlifeCrime #Ornithology #BanDGS raptorpersecutionuk.org/2025/04/28/f...

When you release up to 50 million non-native pheasants into the countryside every year, there are bound to be environmental consequences. Here's consequence #105 (random number, I haven't actually counted the consequences because I'd lose the will to live). raptorpersecutionuk.org/2025/04/27/t...

I've just been out running with the INCREDIBLE Sanna Duthie, who is currently attempting to break her own record for running the 186 mile length of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The record stands at 51 hours, she wants to get under 50! All support welcome! 👇👇👇 www.justgiving.com/page/sanna-d...

We're thrilled by the letters from our supporters in latest @privateeyenews.bsky.social . Thank you all, very much indeed. More on this, and on our latest advert (coming in the next few days), in our next (free) newsletter on Tuesday wildjustice.org.uk/newsletter/

If you want to see rewilding in action on the uplands on a landscape scale sign @wildjustice.bsky.social Ban driven grouse shooting petition Less than 900 signatures needed to hit 100,000 petition.parliament.uk/petitions/70...

Just 850 more signatures will bring us to 100,000 and trigger a debate in parliament. Plz share widely - I’m holding my breath! petition.parliament.uk/petitions/70...

Hello @nationaltrust.org.uk Why are you allowing coasteering in a restricted nesting area & trespass to private land from your land. The community @cadwceibwr.bsky.social is fed up with wildlife disturbance and no enforcement. Adventure tourism like this is not sustainable @pcfcic.bsky.social

Our petition has passed 97,000 signatures and just gone up to 13th most-signed petition in the list. Thank you for all your support! We aren't there yet but we are very close to 100,000 signatures which will trigger a parliamentary debate. Plz keep sharing! petition.parliament.uk/petitions/70...
