As written, it says Keith Richard’s’ 80th birthday was in 1972. But since he was born in 1943, I assume you mean the photo was from 1972 but the celebration was last year?

(1) Trump didn’t need Biden’s pardon to justify his own pardons. He’s already done it - pardoning numerous seedy people in his first term (including recently naming one as Ambassador to France.)
(2) Doesn’t volume count? One vs the number Trump pardoned?
