There’s a difference between optimism and delusion; democracy and autocracy; truth and faith; someone who will never be impacted by any of this making lofty bets and the rest of us.

STAY STRONG AND CARRY ON! You're not the style of politician I normally would have voted for, but I'm incredibly inspired by your courage, realism, values and the moments I've seen you crush it are now burned in my memory. Keep following the yellow brick road - never mind those flying monkeys.

If anything,I think today showed who in America is more evolved, regulated, and sane - even if they are angry as hell and won’t take this. No storming the capitol, no fighting cops, no weapons, no deaths. Just real Americans representing the majority. I would afraid too. It’s just the beginning.

No passes. If an average American, like me, can see through all of this for years and the system (all of it) couldn’t stop it, couldn’t expose it, couldn’t organize effectively against it - because that’s how intertwined everyone is? Nope. I’m tired … of all of you.

Russia wants to see Americans go through what they went through. China wants to take the lead. None of this news.

Serious question: did they remove the fluoride in our drinking water and replace it with psychedelics? Can someone do a study on this? It feels like I’ve been drugged - like every day.

I really don’t think anyone in office is listening to the people.

Oh are we still breaking things to Schumer?

Anyone have a moment, a glimmer of hope, hearing JD’s hot mic saying “I’m an elected official” and thought - wow, elections still matter?

After WW3, the purge of technocrats, and the guillotining of fascist billionaires, can we agree to never have the theatrics of deceptive congressional hearings ever again?

Terrifying.

At least draining the swamp is, in fact, revealing the swamp creatures for all to see.

When do we stop pontificating and have a plan to put emergency break?

OK, but now it's in the hands of the state?

Kind of don't think we should be looking past next week.

Had politicians been held accountable for truth vs rhetoric for decades before, we would not have paved the path to this. People are conditioned to not hear truth in the US. And everyone is responsible for that.
