Of course not. None of these numbers make sense. It's an indicator of balance of trade. Indonesia for example exports 28 billion to the US and imports 11 billion. 28-11=17 billion. 17/28=64% (first column in the orange turd's sheet). 64/2=32% reciprocal tariff..makes zero sense (common or otherwise)
