Bring in legislation that caps the price of farmland at, say, 25% of it's current level, rising by the annual inflation rate each year. The only people who would piss & whinge about that are investors who bought it purely because it's tax efficient. The value of investments can go down, so...tough

Depends really. Is it a 'work in progress' type show, or a polished one? (that said, some of the best shows I've been to are WIP).
I'd say £20-25 for WIP, £30-35 for the finely honed version
