Not everyone is educated… Maybe not the province for a classic Chardonnay, generally. Get a fresh Tidal Bay blend or a pure l’Acadie from Benjamin Bridge. The fizz is great. High acidity, good with seafood. For context I’ve visited about 60 Canadian wineries over the years including most in NS.
