Has the CBC at least yet asked PP why he continues to avail himself of the perks that go with living in Stornoway?

Cool. Retirement really is freeing (albeit on a stricter budget). I realized that what had defined me for more than four decades, no longer did and I was free to reinvent myself.

If these projects are already underway (they are already being funded) why would the federal government need to plow tax dollars into them?

If this is how they define masculinity, we really need to keep them away from children.

Ukraine hits military targets in Russia. Russia attacks Ukrainian civilians.

This act needs amendments to ensure that individual rights and due process are not tossed aside. I suspect that if the government will not do this before it becomes law, the courts will have something to say after it becomes law.

Hugely disappointing.

I'm finding The Divorce Insurance lightweight, but a bunch of fun. And I'm currently digging Tastefully Yours, although I admit it's making me very hungry

Yarvin (and Peterson) are idiots that sound smart but aren’t. They say something like “the epistemology of derivative masculinity is negated by the hegemony of tautological feminism” and chuds assume they can’t understand it because it’s soooo intellectual and don’t realize it’s nonsensical babbling

The fight to deal with climate change was central to the PM's book Values. Seems something may have changed in his thinking in the last couple of years and, if so, it would be something he was less than honest about while campaigning, which would be a shame.

They are always welcome in Canada where we need doctors and value their medical skills and their freedom.

I must have missed the part where Biden ordered White House staff to break into his opponents office in an attempt to disrupt democracy. Man, these people are so full of themselves.

His very first statement -- that for 10 years we didn't pay for NATO" -- is a lie. We are the sixth highest-paying nation when it comes to paying for NATO operations.

It continues. Again, the only one who is setting convicted persons loose in the U.S. is Trump.

Are they still taking advantage of the chef and chauffeur? I can sort of understand the argument against moving out, but to continue to be taxpayer supported and having no official standing would be ridiculous.

Why is this written as though Canada is the only country not to hit 2%? Why isn't it pointed out that only one NATO country (Poland) spends anywhere near 5%?

One would hope. (You didn't miss much. From what I saw, JP was in his most pedantic, annoying, "sage on the stage" mode. In other words, JP was JPing.)

As far as I can see, the only one deliberately releasing criminals into the U.S. is Trump.

It does not come from good genes: The root words mean good birth. (And the whole idea of eugenics has been discredited expect for among those who think, for no discernible good reason, that their genes would be best.)

All this. And the argument for it is ... lol, there's no argument, no justification, no case, no logic. They just need the money for tax cuts for rich people.

Does this mean non-tariffed iPhones will be considerably cheaper in Canada than U.S. models (still pricey, but 25 per cent less pricey than for our American friends)?
