Went on a quick road trip to get some footage for an upcoming episode and stopped at Ableman’s Gorge near Baraboo WI. I was always impressed by these 1.7 billion year old ripples preserved in quartzite that are now a vertical wall. They were one of my early exposures to geology and deep time.

Another creator that uses Minecraft to talk about his profession is Daskalos, an archeologist. He unearthed trail ruins as if it was real life and converted it into a museum. My new office light switch. It was made by the Wurdack Electrical Manufacturing Company and rated for 250V and 60 A. It only has 12V on it now to close a relay for the office light. I’m not sure how old it actually is, if anyone has an idea, let me know. #knifeswitch #normallightswitches
