100% agree. I don’t want them to give Republicans any light in the way rules of the senate are followed, but I want them to use the same disruptive playbook Republicans have been using, but not at the expense of the American people. Trump is extreme-right, shifting the scale right.

If both parties are the same, what’s the point in voting?
comment in response to post
Well, life is 100% about perspective. One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter. There needs to be a return to center. The alt-right has shifted everything right, so center seems conservative. Let the Republican Party show they can’t govern. One party must be above it.
comment in response to post
Republicans are thin-skinned and cannot govern, but those should be fought where they happen. Democrats should absolutely push back against the firings. If the government shuts down, how will the people who lost their jobs get financial support? (Assuming it’s a program that hasn’t been cut)
comment in response to post
A shutdown shouldn’t be an option, not when American families depend on that income.

Im not a fan, but I think this should be about the long-term goals. Democrats are showing they won’t hold the country hostage or as leverage to get what they want. Shutting down the government shouldn’t be an option. Democrats should not use the same tactics as Republicans.

Regardless of whatever pardon they get, they’ll always be an enemy to this nation…just like Trump will always be a felon, he will have always been found to have been held civilly liable for raping a woman, and Republicans will have always supported the overthrow of an election. These are facts.

We can and should hold them accountable. I’ve all but stopped going on various accounts tied to those who have supported his inauguration…but short of that, really the only way to push back against this kind of agenda is to get involved locally…attend council meetings, run for local office, etc..

What do you mean, if you were lied to? Literally the entire ‘stolen election’ argument hung on a single anonymous caller into the Maria Baritomo show on Fox News. The riot was started to bring the integrity of the slates into question, forcing states to send new ones, some of them different slates

Meanwhile in New Hampshire we’ve had one or two decent snow storms since the beginning of November, and the last one was only a couple of days ago.
