That’s the key point. Important bc Russia has been driving the opposite narrative on this for years. That’s why their spin comes out of the mouths of Trump and Vance, like Putin’s ventriloquist dummies.

Please never use the word “fissures” in conjunction with Trump. The visuals are too disturbing.

All we need is an Indiana Jones plot twist!

The stupidity, mendacity, and bad faith of these Republicans is breathtaking, but not surprising.

As in “Trump is loosing his bowels in public more frequently?”

The stupidity, it burns.

Zohran shouting out Boston Mayor Michelle Wu only made me like him more. NYC needs that kind of energy and pragmatic progressive leadership.

Remember this when the tide turns and they want back in. Just say no. Our rights aren’t a cynical corporate marketing opportunity.

DOJ will just run to the Supremes, who will probably rescue them with some shadow docket gibberish.

I think Antonio is the real deal. When he first ran for Congress he showed up in my tiny upstate town to ask for our votes. As a former union official, I directly confronted him about his work for anti-union law firm Akin-Gump. He aced the response and greatly impressed me. 👍🏻

How is arresting and prosecuting this high school student helping make America safer? Is it all worth trading our open society for a “papers please” police state?

How’d that speech work out for Jimmy Carter? At least he was genuine and believed what he was saying.

Or…. He knows that his MAGA base can’t comprehend that distinction. 🤷‍♂️

Paging Mr. Tapper. Call your office.

Mayor Wu is a champion of fare free public transit in Boston, with successful demonstration projects to show for it. No one is credibly dismissing her as as a “socialist.” Leaning into it might work for Mamdani.

I don’t know if America can endure four years of this shite, but Jake Tapper is gonna have a hell of a book advance. A pox on all their houses. 😬

Oh it will happen, the problem will be Republican hanky panky in swing congressional districts and states with senatorial elections as well. Not to mention the billionaires flooding the zone with money and propaganda. System rotten to the core.

These people are an embarrassment to America, but mostly just to themselves. We’re working on shutting MAGA down, but the midterm election will be crucial to making Trump the lame duck that he is, and sending Republicans scurrying to distance themselves from him ahead of 2028. 🤞🏼Wish us luck.

There is even more “C” word alliteration available for this descriptive riff.

I no longer vote in NYC, but I am stunned, if not surprised, that voters appear poised to send this sociopath to Gracie Mansion. Are y’all gluttons for punishment? Just say NO to CUOMO!
