Sometimes after a period away from the socials I come back and I’m all like: “Everybody is trash still.” BUT then there is always ONE standout that makes me glad I got on the socials that day. 😂😂

And I’ve been trying to think of a name since I got on here. I need a social media name generator or something. One of my lil’ cousins found me on Twitter by my name. Not taking chances this time. 😂😂

For real though. He knows we will be 🔥 about this. He wants to use us to get his views back up. Ironically, there is nothing left he can do after this to get us mad. I think ppl should give him a code name so we can roast him without saying his name. 😂😂

Dayammm I just said this. The grammy stunt and then the anti-Semitic comments lasted for like 3 days. That man said: “Oh Imma find something.” He’s running out of steam at this point.

Peep game. The Grammy stunt outrage fizzled quickly because ⚪️ ppl are bored with him. Then he made antisemitic comments but they didn’t get that much attention from the Jewish community. Now he’s hopes WE will give him attention. He just wants his name repeated. No more outrage for this man.

We are not being honest about why Rogan Peterson and Tate appeal to young men…
It’s not because they appeal to their greater humanity
It’s because they appeal to their lowest depravity

…And I have come to understand that it’s okay. I will continue to help the relative as much as possible. But there will be limits. And I won’t mistakenly think we’re close in that way anymore. I won’t pretend or be bitter about it. I forgive them and myself.

We would like to see them STOP.
1) Stop saying “People over politics” while they sit calmly at SOTU and Inaugurations (because of politics).
2) Stop asking US to do MORE while they do the LEAST amount possible (show up, vote, do photo op)

I’ve heard people say “If it rubs ppl the wrong way: oh well/so what/they’ll be ok.” But never “GOOD.” The “good” feels right, but it also scares me and I don’t know why. I argued with myself about it all night and woke up with it still in my spirit. I don’t know how but it shifted something in me.

I shrank in a relationship once and I noticed after the breakup. I realized later that I’d been doing it my whole life for everybody. I think it started when I was a kid. Trouble is, I still haven’t figured out how not to shrink myself for all the people that I love. 🤔

Mannn. This season been loopy. The only thing I can say is that it does make me have to really not do anything else while I’m watching it. Because I have no idea about the black man pictures. I gotta put the phone down from now on. 🤦🏽♂️

Aye and they’re past “the honeymoon stage.” So it’ll kinda be like my granny’s favorite saying: “Go on somewhere and give people a chance to miss you!” 😂😂

Have you read Nickel Boys by T Coates yet? I only ask because it is a good book. They just released the movie version. I haven’t seen it yet (it’s supposed to be good). But it’s always better to read a good book 1st just in case the movie is 🗑️ and it deters you from reading it.

…even when you look at which celebrities they use in their endorsements they are mostly black. They specifically show Tgt as a welcoming place for us. And then loudly announce they are rolling back DEI while STILL featuring blk ppl heavily in their ads.

I worked at Tgt for 7 years. Here is why Tgt gets called out the loudest: Over the last 5-7 years they made a whole BIG thing about how they were so diverse/inclusive. They had several big campaigns to highlight that. Look at Tgt commercials and 80% of them are black ppl…

Moving from Twitter to Bluesky has been an ongoing practice in changing my habits, especially my knee-jerk reactions and how I interact with people. But I recognize the need for this. Not everyone does. I wish they would, though.
