And the issue is that it's not making 120fps or 4k easy on older cards it's instead allowing AAA studios to release unoptimized slop.
Not that 4k is necessary unless you use it for AA. 1440p max for some PC setups otherwise it's just wasted your eyes aren't that good. Well maybe VR

Until "AI" can understand context I'm not convinced it's anything more than a "smart" blender.
I know these aren't meant to be general AIs but it needs to be more at least for Language models. Image and video AIs need to be destroyed

With Language models it just looks in its database at the top 5 to 10ish depending on the model. It tweaks it to fit how you asked and the weights of probability given by its creator.
With images or videos it just blends anything it has in its database with the tags it's given.

Same vibe as handing in a half working coding assignment 2 minutes from the deadline because you'll get 0 / be fired if you're late. But in this case it's on the executive side not the actual developers

With all that being said Linux or at least Mint is so much better now than it was 10 or even 5 years ago

I know it's an issue of we need more users to make stuff work but there aren't enough users to bother with it. I'm very happy that valve is doing a lot of work with it. I hope SteamOS can overcome these issues and actually be a viable replacement for Windows

Mint is the closest but it ain't close enough for the average user. Maybe if terminal commands were a bit more user friendly. Stuff needs to be more automatic. Trying to get Bluetooth and an Xbox controller took so much time, and trial and error.
