My CPTSD means I am constantly anxious and any anxious thought triggers flight or fight. Fight or flight? My body interprets as "time for migraine". My therapist said "there's not actually a bear", but there is a bear, it's hurting my country. So anyways I'm just not made for this world 🙃

Making so many bracelets to trade at the Halsey concert. I love that the Swifties have made this a thing for concerts going forward! If you can, make sure you're getting beads responsibly. Recycle old beads, use vintage beads, get them used from thrift stores :) the less plastic waste, the better!
