Alasdair, you missed random 20 year old Japanese lad purchased as a shirt selling exercise from your list. 🤣

Let's be honest, they've probably worked out they'll sell more than £5m worth of shirts in Japan before Christmas. He'll be loaned out a couple of times and then be quietly released back to the J League. Or I'm completely wrong and he was Thomas Frank's number one transfer target 🤣

He's 90 not 80 by the way.

I'm not sure we'll see too much of any of them because don't forget Levy wants to win the league and the CL so I assume he'll be bringing in lots of high quality signings ready for the first team to help Thomas Frank achieve what he wants.....

Don't forget they've found the time to release the plans for 4 new blocks of flats at the South end of the stadium. Priorities.

This is what I genuinely cannot get my head around. One completely scripted 7 minute video with a very expensively employed public relations officer and people who support our team completely forget how Levy has been running the club for over two decades. Its like the last 20 years never happened.

IIRC he was released by Spurs at 16 and then bought back for £750,000 which was still a fair amount in 89. Was the sub for Coventry in 87 FA Cup final. I saw him about 4 years ago doing his shopping in a supermarket in Hoddesdon.

David Tuttle in there as well.

I also think that's Glenn Hoddle's younger brother Carl in between the keepers who sadly passed away at the age of 40 in 2008.

Someone with better knowledge than me may be able to name someone else but I think 4 of those lads made it to the first team, David Howells, Mark Stimson,John Polston and Paul Moran. DH obviously won the FA Cup in 91, I know Polston went to Norwich & Stimson Portsmouth, not sure about Moran.

I felt very non-plussed watching it, mainly because we've heard it all before. It was a new angle though from Levy, having someone sitting next to him telling him what a brilliant job he's done for the past two decades.

If you look very closely you can see thats James Milner running on to that throughball.

Be nice if you were right but I think there's more chance of Netanyahu converting to Islam.

Did he say anything about the Europa League victory over Man Utd or the appointment of Thomas Frank?

I expect to read on Bluesky shortly that injury is down to Ange.

I think the first choice starting side with no injuries is good, but the squad depth is laughable for a club with our resources. Three injuries in defence and we're relying on an 18 year old midfielder from the Championship to play there.

I think you'll find it was because he was sold against his will. For example, he didn't run his contract down to deny the club a transfer fee, lie to the fans about his plans and then join them picking up an enormous signing on fee.

I don't think that today Levy and whoever the manager is this week would survive selling him to A***nal. There'd be riots.

I think you'd get very generous odds for Leeds to finish above Man Utd especially if you doubled it up with Newcastle above City.
