He's only going to move to a CL team and may be very happy to stay at Napoli if they do go on to win the Serie A.

The battle for 2nd was fierce: "I once came second to Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce over 100m" is a decent brag!

Consider a rest day or two. You're max HR may be limited by fatigue. Try short reps, 150m-200m, or short hills done with short stride length and high cadence. Longer reps it is less likely you'll get HR to close to max. Why do you want a workout with that focus? Physiological benefit limited.

Justin and Kate Rose do not get enough credit for their outlook on golf and life. Always show grace and class.

The mental fortitude and skill to play those iron shots at 15, 16, 17 and the extra hole was extraordinary. To tee it back up on 18 for the extra holes and play three flawless shots (esp playing after Rose's shots) was amazing. Great drama and a legendary achievement. And a word for Rose: gentleman.

You realise Assura owns no NHS hospitals? And the GP surgeries they own were never owned by NHS? And that most GP surgeries are not, and never have been, NHS owned? The government haven't 'sold' anything.

These were never owned by the NHS! The headline is as full of holes as Swiss cheese.

Perhaps just look it up yourself then. Because Duncan is both correct and far more precise and accurate than the ridiculous headline.
